Lupin III The First è il nuovo lungometraggio in computer grafica incentrato sull’omonimo personaggio creato da Monkey Punch nel lontano 1967. Il celebre ladro gentiluomo in compagnia della sua squadra composta da Daisuke Jigen, Goemon Ishikawa XII e Fujiko Mine, dovrà impossessarsi di un misterioso reperto, noto come il diario di Bresson, che non è riuscito a rubare nemmeno suo nonno. L’opera, che vede alla regia e alla sceneggiatura Takashi Yamazaki, doveva uscire nelle sale italiane il 27 febbraio, ma purtroppo il rilascio è stato rimandato.
Intanto, negli USA, come riportato da MovieWeb, GKIDS ha acquisito i diritti di distribuzione della pellicola in Nord America che arriverà nei cinema nei prossimi mesi, anche se non è stata ancora ufficializzata una data vera e propria.
